In such cases, we take measures to ensure that your personal data receives a comparable level of protection, which include adequacy decisions and frameworks (e.g. Privacy Shield for transfers to processors in the United States), Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other applicable mechanisms. Certain other categories of your personal data, e.g. payroll and tax information will be retained for any period as required or permitted by local law.
